A fully equipped apartment with everything you need for your comfort. Filled with little and big details that elevate your stay to an enhanced experiential level. Apartment No. 2 is the larger of the two units and is designed as an open, airy space. It faces the inner courtyard, with direct access through balcony doors to a cozy and private outdoor seating area under a Japanese cherry tree.

The apartment features a glass floor element above a fully functional well. The well space can be illuminated, allowing a view down to a depth of 8 meters. The carafes of water on the coffee table are filled with water from this well, which is completely drinkable and safe. The glass above the well is 33 cm thick and fully walkable. The well was constructed during the original house build in 1961.

Another refined design feature is the adjustable wall in the entrance hall, where a clever furniture system allows flexible repositioning of shelves and coat hooks. The back wall is decorated with newspapers from 1980–1993, documenting historical events of that period.

The living room is divided by one of the entrance hall walls with adjustable shelves, a wine rack, small decorative items, and a record player with LPs. A small bed with a full-size mattress (90 × 190 cm) is also available. The bed is part of the owner's renovation projects, crafted from an old frame originally used in a military setting.

The dining table and chairs are also the result of careful renovation. The original chairs from the 1970s were used at the UHK Hradec Králové dormitories. The bedroom features a metal bed with a renovated 160 × 200 cm frame, two nightstands, and a retro dresser with a smart TV (The Frame), which provides unlimited access to drawings, paintings, and photographs by world-renowned artists. The TV also functions as artwork, allowing you to select and change the displayed pieces according to your mood and preferences.
